Great Arley School in Thornton Cleveleys is seeking two temporary Teaching Assistants (Level 2B) to join an SEN-focused team. The roles are 32.5 hours per week (8:30am–3:30pm) and run for 12 months, term-time plus 5 inset days, pro-rata to 39 weeks per year.

Experience with SEN is preferred but not essential. Salary quoted £25,989 to £28,142 full-time equivalent; the posted figure is for full-time, with pro-rata adjustment.

Summary TEACHING ASSISTANT (LEVEL 2B) TEMPORARY (12 MONTHS)

The Governors of Great Arley School are wishing to appoint 2 temporary Teaching Assistants (Level 2B), who are enthusiastic, flexible and committed to working with children with special educational needs. Experience is preferred but not essential. The positions are 32.5 hours per week (8.30am - 3.30pm). Great Arley School is a special school for pupils aged 4 - 16 years with a wide range of learning and complex needs. We currently have 100 pupils on roll. The posts are term-time plus 5 inset days to be paid pro-rata (this is a total of 39 weeks per year).

All staff in school are expected to be flexible, in order to meet the needs of all pupils. Please note the salary quoted is the full time equivalent. CVs are not accepted.
