Job summary

Oak Learning Partnership is seeking a caring Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join a supportive team at Elms Bank School. You will work with teachers to provide high‑quality support to pupils with diverse needs, helping them access learning and achieve their potential.

You will support pupils individually and in small groups, promote inclusion, and assist with learning activities and individual education programmes, collaborating with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children with additional needs is desirable, training provided.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of pupils.
