Job summary

Lincoln Castle Academy in Lincoln is seeking two Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our academy in October 2026 on a permanent, part-time basis. You will work under the guidance of teaching staff to support pupils, enable access to learning, and assist the teacher in managing the classroom, whether in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.

The academy serves over 700 students and is investing in a brand-new state-of-the-art building due for completion in 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in planning and delivering learning activities.
• Support pupils to access learning and participate in class/group activities.
• Assist with classroom management and pupil supervision in and outside the main teaching area.
