Job summary

Torfaen County Borough Council is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 for New Inn Primary School in Pontypool. The role supports individuals and groups to access learning and assists with managing pupils under supervision of teaching staff.

The post emphasises commitment to each child's development and safeguarding of pupils. The successful candidate will work 31.4 hours per week during term time, on a fixed-term basis until 16 July 2026, with pro-rata salary and Grade 4 pay scale
