Job summary

Unsworth Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 2 for maternity cover to join a supportive team. You will work with teachers and the SENCo to support pupils, including those with EHCPs, promoting an inclusive learning environment and the pupils’ academic and personal growth.

The role focuses on providing high-quality assistance to help students build confidence, independence and achievement within everyday classroom activities.

Qualifications

• Provide high-quality support for pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Help create an inclusive learning environment and promote pupil development.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teachers and the SENCo to support pupils.
