Job summary

Qualifications

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Help ensure resources are ready and the learning environment is safe and organised.
• Work directly with students—sometimes with the whole class, but often in small groups or one-to-one.
• Assist with marking routine tests and support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Blend academic support with pastoral care.
