Parkside School, Bradford, invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to work 32.5 hours per week, term time only (+5 days). You will support students with learning, social and personal needs, and serve as a Coach for a small group, helping them grow academically and personally.
The role requires GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above, experience with young people, and a strong understanding of safeguarding. We value collaboration, professionalism and commitment to inclusion.

Are you passionate, dedicated and proactive, looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive school environment? Parkside School is seeking a committed colleague to join our team in the role of Teaching Assistant.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with subject teachers and The SEND Hub team to add value within and beyond the classroom. You will support students individually or in small groups to help them access the curriculum, build independence and achieve their full potential. You will also play a key role in supporting students' social, emotional and personal care needs, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing environment for all.
Additionally, you will serve as a Coach for a small group of students, guiding them in their personal and academic growth.
Please note this is a term time only (+ 5 days) position, working 32.5 hours, Mon-Fri per week.
