Job Description

We are seeking a motivated team member for a permanent full-time position of 32 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have some experience and hold a Grade ‘C’ in both English and Maths. You should be a highly effective and innovative team player committed to providing high-quality education and fostering high standards of learning and achievement. Promoting inclusivity and adopting a nurturing approach are essential skills.

The successful candidate will contribute significantly to the ongoing success of our school and share our ethos and values. Due to the presence of an Autism Base and a higher-than-average proportion of children with complex needs, strengths in inclusion, meeting diverse needs, and resilience are crucial.
