Job summary

Bridgewater Primary School is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant Level 2 to work alongside teachers, helping pupils make good progress and supporting emotional development across the class. The role emphasizes targeted interventions and strong interpersonal communication with pupils and staff.

The successful candidate will join a friendly staff team and contribute to safeguarding and pupil attainment. A DBS check and right-to-work documentation are required.

Job description

The school is seeking to appoint a highly skilled teaching assistant to work alongside the teachers to develop the learning of the children. The successful candidate will contribute to raising attainment and supporting the emotional development of all pupils.
