Old Fletton Primary School is seeking a positive, caring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. You will work with children, alongside experienced teachers and our SEND team, to support learning and development in the classroom.
We offer term-time working, opportunities for professional development and a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued. If you are warm, enthusiastic and committed to safeguarding, this is a great place to grow your career.
Are you looking for a role where you can make a genuine difference to children, be part of a supportive team and develop your own skills and career?
At Old Fletton Primary School, we believe that the adults in our school should have the same opportunities to grow, succeed and feel valued as the children they support. We are looking for a positive, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will build positive relationships with children and see first-hand the difference you make to their confidence, learning and progress. You will work alongside experienced teachers and our SEND team, supporting individuals, groups and children within the classroom.
We want you to bring your personality, strengths and ideas to the role. We will give you opportunities to learn, develop and take on new challenges - while recognising that a rewarding career should also allow you to enjoy life outside work.
Our CARE Values - Celebrate Success, Aim High, Respect and Embrace a Challenge - aren't just for our children. They shape how we want our adults to experience working at Old Fletton too.
We are looking for someone who:
We are proud to be "A caring school; serious about learning." We are ambitious for our children, but we also want to be ambitious for the adults who work with them.
We want you to enjoy coming to work, feel valued as part of our team and have opportunities to grow. Most importantly, we want you to go home every day knowing that you have made a difference to a child.
