Job summary

Co-op Academy Bebington is seeking a dedicated Specialist Teaching Assistant to contribute to our Enhanced Pathway Provision for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will deliver bespoke education, adapt learning to meet evolving needs, and work with external agencies to provide holistic support.

You will contribute to an inclusive learning environment, using innovative methods and resources to engage and inspire pupils, while collaborating with the wider inclusion team and school

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN.
• Ability to adapt learning to individual needs.
• Strong collaboration with teachers, families and external partners.

Responsibilities

As a Specialist Teaching Assistant within our Enhanced Pathway Provision, you will deliver bespoke, specialist education tailored to meet the evolving needs of SEN pupils, including those with complex requirements.You will develop and implement personalised learning to support each pupil’s unique needs and abilities. Use innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire young learners. Collaborate with external agencies and our wider inclusion team to ensure holistic support for pupil’s development.
