Job summary

Kenilworth School and Sixth Form invites applicants for Teaching Assistants (Level 1). The role supports our students in class and with learning, under the Inclusion and SENDCO team. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.40am–3.40pm during term time, with possible inset day training.

Salary is £25,185–£25,583 per annum pro rata, with actual salaries £17,074–£17,344; band D points 4–5. The school offers CPD, a supportive team, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with a good standard of education.

Responsibilities

• In-class support for students under direction of teaching staff.
• Provide general and administrative support to students.
• Assist with learning, physical and sensory needs; may work one-to-one with students.
• Attend training on inset days as required.
