Job summary

Kingsmead Academy is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join a small, supportive team. You will work under the SENDCO to assist students with diverse learning, communication, and social needs, providing one-to-one and group support within classrooms and across the school environment.

You will prepare learning resources, promote positive behaviour, and help create an engaging, safe learning atmosphere while collaborating with staff, parents, and professionals to help every student
