Job summary

Teachers Together Ltd is seeking Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and SEND Support Staff for short-term and long-term roles across Hertfordshire, Luton and Bedfordshire. You will assist in the classroom, prepare materials, support students in small groups or one-to-one, and work with colleagues to maintain a positive learning environment.

Pay starts from £91 per day plus £11 holiday pay per day, with access to professional development and training.

Qualifications

• Relevant classroom experience required.
• 5 years' worth of references.
• Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (we can help if you don't have one).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the classroom: help the class teacher deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Prepare teaching materials as directed by the class teacher.
• Support students: work with small groups or one-to-one to support learning.
• Collaborate: work with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Adhere to school policies and procedures, including behaviour policy.
• Represent Teachers Together professionally and with integrity.
