Job summary

Madison Reign Ltd is seeking Teaching Assistants for primary settings across Hertfordshire. Roles include SEN and general classroom support in EYFS to KS2, with potential day-to-day supply, long-term placements or permanent opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have experience in schools or childcare, a positive, patient approach and the ability to work well in teams. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) is preferred.

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting preferred.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classrooms across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within mainstream primary schools, SEN settings, and provisions.
• Support learning, manage activities and promote inclusion.
• Provide individual and small-group support under the supervision of teachers.
• Assist with planning, preparation and supervision of learning activities.
