Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Manchester is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for a September start across secondary schools in the M20 area. You will support students across mainstream settings, working across year groups and adapting to diverse classroom needs.

The role offers full-time opportunities with temporary, temp-to-perm paths. A confident, adaptable and collaborative approach is essential, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

We’re working with a number of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools across the M20 area of Manchester who are looking to appoint enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for September starts.

Whether you’ve worked as a Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Support Worker, Care Worker, Sports Coach or Behaviour Mentor, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll be supporting students across mainstream secondary schools, working flexibly across different year groups and adapting to the needs of each classroom.

Duties

• Supporting students in class across KS3 & KS4 (with opportunities to work across different year groups)
