Qualifications

• Ability to work in partnership with the Executive Headteacher, Senior Leaders, Specialist Resource Teacher, Governors and staff to strategically drive our federation forward.
• Develop a passion to promote the whole child, caring ethos and positive behaviour management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community.
• Have, or be working towards, relevant experience/qualifications linked to the requirements of the position.
