We are ideally looking for candidates to work between 30 and 40 hours per week, term time only. We are looking for candidates who can strike the right balance of supporting each pupil, either on a one-to-one basis, small groups or alongside the class teacher along with having a strong emphasis on pastoral care to support our growing young adults. Although some aspects of this role will be to help children with identified needs, we envisage this role to be so much more, supporting all children and abilities.
