We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Ashford that is seeking a dedicated KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to helping children thrive academically and socially in Key Stage 2.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and structured lessons

• Working with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning across core subjects

• Helping to promote positive behaviour and a growth mindset among pupils

• Assisting in the preparation of classroom materials and activities

• Supporting children with varying learning needs and providing tailored assistance

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous experience working with children, ideally within KS2

• Brings energy, patience, and a genuine passion for education

• Holds a relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent – desirable but not essential)

• Is confident in supporting pupils with different learning styles and needs

• Understands the importance of safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
