Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs or above / equivalent including English & Maths
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting
• The ability to work under own initiative
• Understanding of safeguarding procedures and policies
• The ability communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Working to support interventions with students who required additional mentoring to achieve GCSE
• Supporting students in small groups and individually across KS3 and KS4 as required
• Promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support including those with special needs under the direction of a class teacher/ SENCO
