Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Bishop's Stortford and surrounding East Hertfordshire areas. You will assist teachers, manage small groups, and contribute to an inclusive learning atmosphere.

Experience with children and strong English/Maths communication are essential, along with eligibility for an Enhanced DBS check. Local commutes to Bishop's Stortford (CM23) are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in schools, nurseries, sports coaching or youth work.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with daily lesson delivery, activity setup, and group management.
• Provide 1:1 or small group interventions to boost reading, writing and numeracy skills.
