Job summary

Randstad Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Bishop's Stortford and East Hertfordshire, including Sawbridgeworth, Stansted Mountfitchet and Takeley. You will assist teachers with daily lessons, support reading, writing and numeracy, and help create an inclusive learning environment.

DBS checks are required (or willingness to complete) and candidates should reside within easy commuting distance of Bishop's Stortford CM23.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in settings such as schools, nurseries, sports coaching, or youth work.
• Patient, empathetic, and can-do approach to classroom support.
• Strong communication skills with a good proficiency in English and Maths.
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new check).
• Candidates must reside in or within easy commuting distance of Bishop's Stortford (CM23).
