Job summary

Federation between St. Luke's and Betley Primary Schools is seeking a dedicated individual to support pupils and contribute to a positive learning environment across the federation.

You will work closely with teachers to plan, deliver and evaluate activities that meet diverse needs and promote inclusion. The role involves building strong relationships with children, carers and professionals, contributing to safeguarding, and supporting individual plans as required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of children’s needs and the ability to provide appropriate support.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with parents, carers and professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children, promoting high self-esteem, independence and inclusion.
• Support development and delivery of individual education, support and care plans.
• Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policy.
• Contribute to planning differentiated learning activities for children.
