Job summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

The Federation between St. Luke's and Betley Primary Schools would love to hear from you , we are looking for someone who can: Key Responsibilities and Duties, Skills and Expertise

Demonstrate skills and expertise in understanding the needs of all children

Deliver interventions effectively to support student progress.

Assist teachers with lesson and activity planning, delivery, and evaluation.

Understand and fulfil responsibilities within the classroom and whole school context Specific Responsibilities

Build positive relationships with children, promoting high self-esteem, independence, and inclusion.

Support the development and delivery of individual education, support, and care plans.

Implement behaviour management strategies in line with the school's policy.

Contribute to planning differentiated learning activities for children.

Collaborate with colleagues and professionals to support children's development.

Contribute to a stimulating and safe learning environment.

Skills and Competencies

Strong understanding of children's needs and the ability to provide appropriate support.

Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders including parents, carers, and professionals.

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to achieve common goals.
