Job summary

OneSchool Global United Kingdom is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support learning at our Kenley Campus on a full-time, term-time basis. You will work closely with class teachers to help pupils access learning, build confidence and progress across the curriculum in a small-class setting.

You will support inclusive education, develop strong relationships with pupils and staff, and contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing while benefiting from professional development

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in an education or specialist support setting.
• Strong understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practice.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Confident supporting learning in both structured and flexible environments.
• Committed to safeguarding, pupil wellbeing, and continuing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support learning across the curriculum, including SEND provision.
• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small-group support to reinforce learning objectives.
• Promote independence, positive behaviour, and pupil engagement.
• Assist with preparation of learning resources and classroom organisation.
• Contribute to a structured, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
