Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our schools in Daventry and the surrounding areas. The role is full-time, with hours 8:30–15:30, Monday to Friday, in a primary mainstream setting.

You will support teachers, work with individuals or small groups, and assist pupils with SEND to help them access learning in an inclusive environment. You will contribute to positive behaviour management, prepare resources, and build strong relationships with pupils, staff and

Teaching Assistant - Daventry - Full time

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire

Hours:Monday - Friday 8:30 - 3:30

Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their full potential? Do you have experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary mainstream setting?

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and committed teaching assistants to join our schools across Daventry and the surrounding areas. The current roles are full time and will be a mixture of supporting the class as a general as well as working with individuals who need additional support due to SEND.

As a teaching assistant you will play a vital role in supporting children both academically and socially, helping them to access the learning and creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment,

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
