You'll help with learning, communication, independence and personal care where required, under supervision, and gain excellent training. Candidates with care, support, healthcare or related experience are welcome, especially those familiar with autism or additional needs.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in care, support work, healthcare, or residential settings who are looking to move into education. The school supports pupils aged 4–19 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), Severe Learning Disabilities (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and complex needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils with their learning, communication, independence, and personal care where required. The school offers excellent training, supportive staff, specialist facilities, and opportunities for permanent employment for successful candidates.
