The school provides specialist education for pupils with a diverse range of additional needs. Staff work collaboratively to create a safe, structured and nurturing environment where every pupil is encouraged to develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and therapists to support pupils both in and out of the classroom.
Every pupil has an individual Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and you'll receive support from experienced colleagues to help meet their unique needs.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and any other pre-employment checks required. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
