Phoenix Learning & Care Group is seeking a Teaching Assistant at Petherton Park School in North Petherton (TA6). This permanent role offers a salary of £23,475.20 to £24,371.20 per year, based on 40 hours a week over 39.2 weeks a year. You will support neurodiverse pupils aged 7–16 with education tailored to their needs.

• Patience and resilience to support neurodiverse learners.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with pupils, families and staff.
• Driving licence required for school trips and activities.
• Genuine interest in educating pupils with diverse needs.

• Assisting teaching colleagues in classroom activities, planning and assessment.
• Engaging pupils to stay motivated and reach learning goals.
