We are looking for caring, dependable Teaching Assistants who can become a valued part of school life from September 2026.You may already have classroom experience, or you might be looking to build on your work with children in another setting.

Qualifications

• Have supported children in a school, nursery, childcare, youth work or similar setting
• Genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow and feel confident
• Communicate well and work positively as part of a team
• Be dependable, flexible and ready to use your initiative

Responsibilities

• Supporting learning and classroom activities across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Guiding small groups through focused tasks
• Offering individual support to pupils who need extra encouragement
• Helping children develop confidence, independence and positive learning habits
• Contributing to a calm, welcoming and inclusive classroom
• Supporting classroom organisation and everyday routines
