TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas. Temporary roles offer full-time and flexible day-to-day supply work, with roles across all primary key stages and 1:1 support for learners with additional needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children.
• Experience can be voluntary, school-based, or from transferable roles.
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and activities.
• Encouraging pupil participation and promoting positive behaviour.
