Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across Pembrokeshire and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible full-time and day-to-day supply opportunities, supporting pupils in primary classrooms and delivering 1:1 support where needed.

You will work with teachers to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment and help with resources, activities, and classroom setup. If you are caring and reliable, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting (voluntary or paid).
• Ability to provide 1:1 support and small group assistance.
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils.
• Help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Assist with classroom preparation, resources and activities.
• Encourage pupil participation and positive behaviour.
