The successful candidates will be passionate about achieving the best outcomes for all children and will have an understanding and experience of working with children in primary school or early years settings. They will also have worked with children with special educational needs, in particular with language and communication needs. They will be able to demonstrate a range of skills in supporting communication, and managing pupils' emotions in a proactive, positive and supportive way, enabling them to get the very best out of their learning.
