Job summary

Provide Education- South Yorkshire are seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant for a full-time, temporary ongoing role in the DN7 area. You will support early years learners, helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

The role involves assisting with activities, supporting individuals and small groups, and working closely with the teaching team to meet each pupil's needs. DBS check and QTS/equivalents may be required as part of registration.

Qualifications

• Experience with children, ideally within an EYFS or school setting.
• Enthusiastic, patient and nurturing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Provide Education are currently recruiting for a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the DN7 area.

The successful candidate will be supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of learning activities
• Providing support to children on both an individual and small-group basis
• Encouraging children's development, confidence and independence
• Supporting classroom routines and maintaining a safe, stimulating environment
• Working closely with the teaching team to meet pupils' individual needs

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS or school setting
• Be enthusiastic, patient and nurturing
