Job summary

Provide Education are recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support a mixed Nursery and Reception class in Doncaster (DN6). The role is full-time with an immediate start, initially 4–6 weeks and potential to extend, within a high-needs Foundation setting.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and ideally have experience in Early Years or high-needs settings, with a patient, nurturing approach and confidence working with pupils with additional needs.

Provide Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the DN6 area of Doncaster, supporting a mixed Nursery and Reception class with high needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant who enjoys working with younger children and is confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.

The Role

• Full-time Teaching Assistant position

• Providing tailored support to pupils with additional needs
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team
• Helping create a positive, engaging and nurturing classroom environment
• Initial duration of 4–6 weeks, with the possibility of the role being extended

About You

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and ideally have previous experience working within Early Years, Foundation or high-needs settings.

You will be patient, enthusiastic and nurturing, with the confidence and resilience to support young children with additional needs. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and work effectively as part of a team is essential.
