Star Academies is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to support pupils at Oulder Hill Leadership Academy in Rochdale. You’ll work with individuals, small groups and whole classes, providing tailored support to help learners access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

You will join a values-driven team and contribute to a positive learning environment, building strong relationships with students and staff while following school policies and safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications

• A NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent.
• Experience of working with children in a school setting.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
• The ability to work with pupils on a one to one, small groups and whole class.
