Job summary

Hays Education is working with a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Daventry to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for temporary classroom support on day-to-day, short-term and long-term placements.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, or individuals with relevant childcare experience who are looking for flexible work that fits around their lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school, childcare or youth setting.
• A positive, proactive and flexible approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Hays.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom to help them reach their full potential.
