Teaching Assistant – Complex Needs School
Full-Time | September Start | Temp-to-Perm Contract

Are you passionate about supporting children and young adults with complex needs? Do you have experience in social care, working with individuals with disabilities, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs), and other complex conditions? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our specialist school on a full-time basis from September. This role offers a temp-to-perm contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide tailored support to students with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.
2. Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
3. Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
4. Support students with daily activities, communication, and emotional regulation.
