About the Role:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students as needed.

• Help with classroom preparation and administrative tasks.
• Support students with additional learning needs to reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable but not essential.
• A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
