Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings in Brent, London. Roles include assisting in lessons, supporting individuals and small groups, and helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities with immediate and September 2026 starts. Pay is £100-£110 per day, with opportunities across multiple schools in Brent and dedicated support from our education

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people is preferred.
  • Graduate candidates welcome to start a career in education.
  • Experience with SEN is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils in the classroom and during lessons.
  • Work with individuals and small groups of pupils.
  • Provide additional support to pupils with SEN.
  • Help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Support classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Work alongside teachers and other school staff.
  • Provide encouragement and help pupils build confidence.

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education?

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming schools in Brent, London, supporting pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils achieve their full potential. Depending on your experience and the school setting, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom and during lessons
  • Working with individuals and small groups of pupils
  • Providing additional support to pupils with SEN and additional needs
  • Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally
  • Supporting classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Working alongside teachers and other school staff
  • Providing encouragement and helping pupils build confidence
