Job summary

Heritage Coast Federation is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for Hawsker C of E Primary School. The role comprises 26 hours GTA and 3.75 hours Breakfast Club supervision, total 29.75 hours per week during term time, starting Autumn Term 2026.

The successful candidate will work across all classes, supporting the class teacher within a Federation environment that values collaboration, professional development and high standards of pupil care.

• Support across Hawsker C of E Primary School alongside the class teacher.
• Oversee 26 hours GTA and 3.75 hours Breakfast Club Supervisor duties.
• Adapt to all classes within the federation to support pupils' learning.
