Job summary

Teaching Personnel is partnering with welcoming primary schools in the BB4 area to recruit passionate Teaching Assistants for September 2026.

You will support teaching and learning across the primary age range, work with individuals and small groups, and help create an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with ongoing consultant support and access to free CPD.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Be patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
• Have an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.

The Role

The Successful Candidate Will:
