We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and caring Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEN schools in the London Borough of Barnet.


Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate, or looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we would love to hear from you.


The Roles


  • Primary Schools - supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

  • Secondary Schools - supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including classroom and individual support.

  • SEN Schools & Specialist Provision - supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties and complex needs.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.

  • Help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.

  • Support children with additional learning needs and SEN.

  • Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

  • Assist with classroom organisation and day-to-day activities.

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers and parents/carers where appropriate.

  • Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of pupils.
