Job summary

Financial Edge is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support instructors on entry level finance programs for interns to associates. You will assist with case studies, answer questions, and help students master financial concepts in a fast-paced training environment.

Roles are offered through consultancy agreements during the busy season (June to August), with commitments lasting one to three weeks and full-time availability during those periods.

Responsibilities

• Support a lead training instructor in a class of 50-150 new hires.
• Assist students with case studies, questions and homework.
• Identify and coach struggling students.
• Invigilate and debrief exams.
• Collate qualitative feedback from participants.
• Provide support to the Account Management Team.
• Run small group sessions to solve problems of understanding.
• Host evening review sessions independently.

Role Description

Teaching Assistants provide support to the Instructor and participants on entry level programs from interns to associates. All our case studies and workouts have worked solutions. Teaching Assistants work with us through consultancy agreements and are most engaged during our busy season from June through the end of August. Teaching Assistant commitments last one to three weeks at a time and successful applicants will need to be available full-time during these commitments.

Daily rate is commensurate with experience
