We are offering a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to gain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification whilst working as part of our dedicated team. The role involves supporting the class teacher, delivering planned activities to groups and individual children, and developing their skills while learning the underpinning theory.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting children in a classroom, ideally including children with special educational needs or disabilities. Resilience, patience, kindness, and empathy are essential qualities.
Apprenticeship training will be provided by the Best Practice Network. Upon successful completion, the apprentice will be awarded a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. Candidates must have GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent), or be willing to study for Level 2 equivalents during the apprenticeship.
