Vision For Education is excited to offer this bespoke opportunity to support passionate individuals in entering the education sector. We collaborate with our client schools to provide successful Trainee Teaching Assistants with high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience.

After a successful interview and pending suitability, safeguarding, and identity checks, we will work to secure you a paid placement in a school to further develop your skills. We will assist you in developing your identity as an educator and help you choose your specialist area, such as EYFS, KS1, KS2, secondary school, or SEND provisions.

About the school:

Before starting your placement, you will complete a comprehensive training program delivered by Vision for Education and school leaders, equipping you with essential skills to work as a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistants play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of schools. Effective Teaching Assistants possess excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting children's daily needs. They also build strong relationships with staff, children, and families.

The role varies by school. You may support classroom teaching, run small group interventions, or work on a 1:1 basis to meet individual children's needs and help them thrive.
