Job Opportunity: Trainee Teaching Assistant

We are seeking passionate individuals interested in building a career working with children. We offer full-time or part-time roles with flexible days. As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you'll have the chance to work in various schools with children of different ages and abilities. No qualifications or experience are necessary; just the drive and passion to make a difference in children's lives. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the class teacher, assisting children on a 1:1 basis when needed, and helping manage diverse needs, including complex learning difficulties.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support children’s learning alongside the class teacher
• Manage pupils' behavior to maintain a positive environment
