Bollinbrook CofE (A) Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with their EHCP targets and to work with the class to meet individual needs.

The role requires experience with SEND, an awareness of emotional and mental health needs in children, and strong behaviour management and organisational skills. A calm, positive and patient manner and a good understanding of emotional development are essential to support learning effectively.
