Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking flexible 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. You will work with individual students, helping them access learning and build confidence in a caring, patient environment.

Suitable for those with or seeking SEN experience; DBS clearance is preferred. Roles available full-time, part-time, or flexible hours, with a dedicated consultant and weekly pay across local schools.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in supporting children with SEN.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual pupils, helping them access learning, develop their confidence and reach their full potential. You may support children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or other additional needs.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has a genuine interest in supporting children with SEN.
• Is patient, caring and understanding.
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Has previous experience working with children or supporting additional needs (desirable but not always essential).
• Has a current DBS or is willing to apply for one.
• Is available for full-time, part-time or flexible work.
