Teaching Assistants – Malton & Surrounding Areas

Roles: General TA | SEN TA | Behavioural Support

Location: Malton, North Yorkshire

Pay: £85 – £100 per day (depending on experience and role)

Are you a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?

We’re currently working with several welcoming primary and secondary schools across the Malton area, who are seeking support staff to join their teams on both a short-term and long-term basis. Whether your strengths lie in general classroom support, SEN provision, or 1:1 behavioural roles – we want to hear from you.

Roles available include:

1. General classroom support (EYFS – KS4)
2. 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants (including Autism, ADHD, Global Delay)
3. Behavioural Support in SEMH and alternative provision settings
4. Small group interventions in literacy, numeracy or phonics

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Experience supporting children in an educational setting
2. A calm and nurturing approach, especially when managing challenging behaviour
3. A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
4. Flexibility and a proactive attitude
5. An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
